CITY TOUR OF CRACOW

A full-day individual tour. Every morning by first class express train. Recommended departure times: 7.00 a.m. or 9.00 a.m.. Return to Warsaw around 9.00 p.m. - 10.00p.m. Recommended departure time (from Warsaw) 9.00 a.m. return to Warsaw: around 9.00 p.m.

The Wawel Royal Palace (the former residence of the Piast, Jagiellon and Vasa dynasties; we can admire a unique collation of tapestries owned by king Sigismund August; The Envoy Hall which is also known as the 'Heads Hall' is unique in Europe, included in the UNESCO list of world cultural heritage).

The Royal Cathedral with its 18 chapels (one of the most venerable churches in Poland memorial of artistic and patriotic character and monument to the history of Polish people) Zymunt's Chapel (referred to as "the pearl of Renaissance north of the Alps" it is the most out standing Renaissance work of art in Poland).

The Market Square and Cloth Halls (one of the largest squares in Europe, witness to many historic events; and the old medieval 'general stores'

St Florian's Gates one of the oldest gates; together with the Barbican it was the splendid Gate of Honour through which king and royal entourage used to enter the town.

The Czartoryski Museum this great collection of features paintings by Italian, Flemish and Dutch masters, including such famous masterpieces as Leonardo da Vinci's "lady with an Ermine' and Rembrandt's "Landscape with the Good Samaritan".

The Historic Jewish district of Kazimierz included on the UNRSCO list of world cultural heritage.

The Old Synagogue the oldest one in Poland, with well-preserved early fifteenth century appearance.

THE FOLLOWING RATE IS PER 1 PERSON IN EURO AND REFERS TO THE ABOVE ITINERARY:
